Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SOMSAAS. They are a general starting point — please have them reviewed and adapted to your final business setup and local law before relying on them.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SOMSAAS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be authorised to use any email address or details you submit. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Products & licenses

When you purchase a product or plan, we issue you a license key. Unless stated otherwise, licenses are granted to you for your own use, are non-transferable, and may not be resold or redistributed. We may revoke a license that is used in breach of these terms.

4. Payments

Prices are shown on the pricing and product pages. Payments are currently arranged directly with us; an order is fulfilled once payment is confirmed. Any refund or cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Custom work

Custom builds (apps, websites, or systems) are scoped and quoted per project. The specific deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for custom work are agreed separately in writing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting it, or using it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.

7. Intellectual property

The SOMSAAS name, site, and our software remain our property or that of our licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use a product, not ownership of the underlying code, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Disclaimer

The service and products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SOMSAAS will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SOMSAAS operates. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
