When you submit a project request or message, we keep what you send us. We also store records of your orders, license keys, and any plans you subscribe to.

We automatically record basic technical data needed to run the service securely — such as your IP address, browser type, and timestamps of certain actions (for example, sign-ins and admin activity).

To create and manage your account and issue license keys.
To respond to your messages and project requests.
To process and fulfil orders for products and plans.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
